Wow! All the excitement!

I’m thrilled to see how enthusiastic people are about Consentbands! So a quick note to let you know what’s likely to happen at Consentbands.com in the next few weeks.

• I’ll keep selling the 1st run of bands for €0,50 each until they run out. There’s currently about 250 of each available. (Side note: I’ve been surprised at how few people buy in each order, as most of the cost is postage.)
• I’m taking time off (Reffurence!) this weekend from Thursday until Sunday, so orders placed after Wednesday will have to wait a few days.
• For that reason, I’m waiting until Monday to start selling the 2nd run of bands. The big difference: The surface printing on the 1st run wears off after a few weeks if they’re worn continuously. I’ve worn mine to multiple parties just fine, but I want them to be longer-lasting. So this and future runs will probably all be “debossed”, with the ink sunk into valleys in the band.
• In addition to bulk sales, I’ll offer “Personal packs”, i.e. one or two sets, at a reasonable price. For these you’ll have a choice of regular packaging (which is rather nice, if I say so myself) or “budget” packaging to save a euro or two. The target is for buyers in NL to be able to get a budget-packaged set, with postage and BTW included, for €6. [Decided not to: It was too confusing.]
• Bulk pricing will be:

• <=49 = (€1,00 each) + postage
• 50 = €47,50 (€0,95 each) + free postage!
• 100 = €90 (€0,90 each)
• 250 = € 212,50 (€ 0,85 each)
• 500 = €400 (€0,80 each)
• 1.000 = €750 (€0,75 each)

• I plan to have some sort of dealer program so people can easily sell at events (and, I hope, make a decent profit). It will likely be the above rates, but with a simplified return policy. But don’t pin me on that just yet. 🙂
